Essential Responsibilities: Collaborate internally to influence the quality and efficiency of entity management processes and programs. Determine appropriate actions outside of defined processes while considering alternative solutions. Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure effective project execution. Provide insights on best practices in corporate governance and legal compliance. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all legal entities and subsidiaries. Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualification:Experience in the preparation of state regulatory reports preferred (including money transmission, gaming and lending)Experience in use of Nationwide Multi-State Licensing System ( NMLS ) preferred.
