We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to optimize Shopbop's operational efficiency and catalog management within Amazon Marketplace. This role focuses on day-to-day marketplace operations, catalog excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless fulfillment and listing quality. Key job responsibilities. As the primary owner of Shopbop's seller account, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal account health and resolving any emerging issues. You'll oversee daily marketplace operations, implementing and refining processes to improve fulfillment efficiency and inventory management. A critical aspect of your role will be developing and maintaining comprehensive standard operating procedures for the marketplace operations team.
