Location: Temecula, CA (100% Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Pay Range: $25/hr to $29/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a Proofreader to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. The role involves proofreading content for accuracy, consistency, and grammar, ensuring it meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread product labels and related documentation
• Review change control documents and specifications
• Ensure labeling accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on changes
• Prioritize tasks based on project and customer needs

Requirements

• 12 years of proofreading experience
• Strong command of English grammar
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to focus on documents for extended periods
• Experience with documentation or change control systems is a plus
• Knowledge of GMP or regulatory environments preferred
