Own the Polaris Process Failure Model & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plan. Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and training materials to clearly outline guidelines and expectations for end users. Provide live training, facilitation and coaching. Mentor and develop subject matter experts throughout the organization. Support manufacturing quality by creating thorough DFMEA, PFMEA and Control Plan mesh points. Support Quality & Advanced Manufacturing team as PFMEA & Control Plan Process Standards are maintained and integrated with business processes and IT systems. Partner with IS to ensure proper tools, software and databases deliver value. Identify as the PFMEA and Control Plan subject matter expert. Develop and maintain meaningful metrics to drive PDP accountability. Support active project PFMEA auditing, Control Plan auditing and leadership reviews.
