Position Summary The corporate governance specialist supports governance operations by coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and materials, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. It involves drafting legal minutes and other governance documents, maintaining corporate records, and enhancing governance processes and trustee engagement. The role also includes executive communication support and travel across the Texas Health system for in-person meetings.
