Job Description :
The assistant director of social media works within the University Communications team to manage the daily operations of CMUs social media channels. This role is responsible for executing and assessing strategies developed by the associate director of social media, including content development, scheduling and posting content, stakeholder engagement and social listening, and analysis of post performance. The assistant director also plays a key role in supporting CMUs social media communities, including moderation and management functions in various online groups, as well as support for campus partner channels. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree, preferably in public relations, communications, marketing or a related field. Two year of professional experience preferably in public relations, social media and/or marketing communications. Experience developing and implementing organic and paid social media strategies.
