Part Time - Mailroom Specialist
: Job Details :

Sort and deliver incoming mail and deliveries to the designated employee using shipping and receiving software Determine the proper recipient for incoming mail that does not have a designated recipient Deliver and pick up mail to pre-established internal mail areas Oversee daily carrier pickups Monitor postage meter and other operating supplies to ensure availability Process and send outgoing mail utilizing postal procedure for USPS, UPS, and FedEx Oversee dock deliveries Advise employees on shipping regulations and determine the most cost-effective manner of sending items Ensure all outbound shipments are properly sealed, packaged, and documented appropriately and to company standards Track packages to ensure proper delivery and upon request Assist with special mailings as needed Provide backup to the corporate concierge as needed Assist with ordering and delivery of office supplies Track and monitor perishable items in secured cold storage Monitor main facsimile line Provide assistan...Part Time, Specialist, Mailroom, Manufacturing, Business Services
