The ideal candidate will operate heavy machinery and contribute to the production of hot mix asphalt at our manufacturing sites in the Cincinnati and Dayton regions. Main Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment, including loaders, in a safe and efficient manner Assist the production process of the mix according to established procedures Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, as needed Collaborate optimally with team and customers to ensure smooth operations Participate in all safety related activities to ensure you are following regulations and company policies Organization and movement of all materials Education High school diploma or equivalent experience.
