If you love combing the job boards for new candidates, engaging passive candidates on social sites, responding to job applications, connecting with candidates at all levels, keep readingThe Recruiting-Sourcing & Research Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks, job boards and our robust candidate database to identify potential candidates, send recruiting emails and promote our effective employee referral program. This individual will maintain contact with passive and active candidates regarding available opportunities with our clients. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Your excellent communication skills will also be used to collaborate with internal recruiters to understand position requirements, coordinating interviews, follow up and candidate updates.Requirements for this position include proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other HR Management software, familiarity with social networks, resume databases and good time management skills, with the ability to research candidates various open positions simultaneously.If you tried recruiting at a corporate level but found it to bewell, boring, come work with us!
