Mission of Position:The Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) for Driveline Systems (DS) NA will lead and take ownership of Advanced Quality Product Development of powertrain products, with a strong focus on coordination of cross functional teams to develop and implement customer specific requirements, proactively executed according to program timelines. Key Responsibilities:Participates in SOR reviews with Customer and comprehends requirements to cascade and develop internal processes. Develops quality plans to meet customer specific requirements. Supports the quality of new program launches through collaboration of the program management and manufacturing facilities Involvement in problem solving, root cause analysis, developing corrective actions, inspections, SPC, and working with internal/external customers as needed.
