This is a professional Nutrition Educator position with the Women, Infants, and Children (Wl. C) Program for the Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier). This position is based in Naples and will provide WIC services in our Naples and lmmokalee clinics. This position provides WIC eligibility assessment and nutritional education/counseling to WIC clients consistent with State and Federal (OHM 150-24) regulations. Expected to comply with all WIC and Department of Health policies, operating procedures, and directives, including information, materials, and equipment security. Contributes to the organization's culture of performance excellence by actively seeking to improve personal and organizational performance through measurement, analysis, knowledge management, and processes improvements and participation in performance management committees, councils, and/or workgroups.
