Oversee the management of orders to ensure that the company provides the highest quality of service to its customers. Key Responsibilities Responsible for error free execution of orders and other order management related activities. Build positive working relationships with both internal and external customers. Understand and execute agreements with the customer in the way of orders, quotes, contracts, etc. Ability to flex across customers, markets, and segments to ensure timely responsiveness to customers. Participation in training, testing, and project related activities as identified. Represent to the customer a highly effective and professional manner at all times. Experiences/ Education - Required Associates degree and 2 years of work experince in a customer facing role in a corporate environment Strive to work in a dynamic, flexible environment. Self-starter with a desire to improve the customer experience. Strong oral and written communication skills.
