I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Meal Preparation. Medication management. The patient needs assistance to get out of bed and and may at times need assistance to stand. Patient is recovering from leukemia transplant and going through PT and OT. Caregiver is there to assist semi- independent patient and to ensure safety. Schedule will vary on days and end times.
