Childcare Needed

I have an almost 3-month-old. I need to return to work and having difficulty finding non first shift positions. He is a typical newborn, he is bottle fed, has a bottle warmer, needs changing, burping, occassionally binki given meds that are negotiable or set up able. My husband works an early first shift he leaves at 4 a.m. and is home round 2 p.m. Im predicting 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. shifts. So wed need care 530 a.m. to 2 p.m. a few days per week upwards of 5. We have a smoke free home but we have indoor and outdoor cats (dont need care) . We would also be amendable to bringing him to someone if they have a set up available and reasonably nearby.
