Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Location: Aransas Pass/Port Aransas, TX
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in bookkeeping to oversee administrative operations and manage the day-to-day business functions for three affiliated companies. This role is ideal for a confident, organized, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking charge. This is a full-time, on site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage all bookkeeping functions for multiple businesses using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records for reporting and compliance purposes
- Oversee office scheduling, workflow, and administrative processes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Provide executive-level administrative support to ownership as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing office operations and supervising staff
- Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Ability to handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting tasks
