About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of telecom or infrastructure projects. This role focuses on managing small cell deployment projects while ensuring high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all assigned projects with a focus on timelines, budgets, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate deliverables and requirements across a diverse cross-functional project team.
- Ensure all projects meet contractual obligations, compliance standards, and company policies.
- Attend deployment customer meetings as the SME for the organization.
- Maintain accurate project data in company and customer systems.
- Monitor and report project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and control scope changes.
- Lead risk mitigation efforts and ensure smooth execution.
- Drive financial accountability and track all project-related costs.
Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- PMP Certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing project budgets and working with large data sets in MS Excel.
- Customer-facing project management experience preferred.
- Telecom/construction experience (Telco, power, fiber, antennas) a plus, but not mandatory.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of public right-of-way project deployment.
- Ability to identify workflow issues, critical paths, and implement solutions.
- Financial acumen to interpret metrics and resolve budget issues.
