About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You'll partner closely with the Project Superintendent and/or General Foreman, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead all phases of construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion to specifications.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.

• Conduct site visits, oversee inspections, and manage quality control.

• Manage contracts, permits, and project documentation.

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.

• Work with the Assistant Project Manager to secure subcontracted work within budget and scope.

• Track and report labor hours and resource usage.

• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

• Use ProCore project management software to schedule, track, and report progress.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (required).

• 7+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with a mechanical focus.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and controls systems.

• Proven ability to interpret drawings, assess site conditions, and solve challenges effectively.

• Financial acumen in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.

• Experience managing multiple projects in varying phases simultaneously.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with estimating, construction methods, and safety standards.

• PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credentials preferred.
