About the Role

Are you passionate about leading operational excellence in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment? Are you yearning for an opportunity to utilize your creativity to grow a scaling process? We are looking for an Account Manager - CPG to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. We are a culture-first organization that works relentlessly to maintain our culture. The Account Manager – CPG will work directly with the customer to automate their workflows and improve customer and driver efficiency within their transportation network. The Account Manager – CPG will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to empower the customer to better manage their network while ensuring driver success on the platform. The Account Manager – CPG will be a champion of the Vorto vision and will help drive adoption within their assigned customer.

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategy and a playbook for the client that aligns with the overall company vision and objectives
  • Lead the change management and adoption cycle of users, which includes the delivery and articulation of Vorto's value proposition to various customer stakeholders
  • Train and onboard users across the customer's supply chain and logistics network
  • Provide support to the customer, including the development of support automation tools
  • Liaise between customer users and the Product team for new feature evaluation
  • Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including buyers, influencers, users, and their vendors
  • Responsible for Carrier, Owner Operator, and Driver Recruitment
  • Build Regional Supplier Relationships and KPI Management
  • Coordinate and conduct Training/onboarding of drivers onto our platform
  • Responsible for application adoption by both drivers and clients
  • Driver Community Management (drive culture)
  • Conduct driver evaluations and coach drivers to ensure consistency and an exceptional experience
  • Coordinate with HSE & Compliance Manager for risk & communications with drive teams

Qualifications

  • Experience driving automation in technologically lagging industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual targets and KPIs
  • Experience with Customer Change Management
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across customers' operations, IT, supply chain, logistics, and finance departments while supporting customer adoption
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible 12-hour day, Monday through Friday, and available weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)

Educational/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's of Science Degree (M.S.)

Pay range and compensation package

$90-125k
