Our client is looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping company priorities, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence during a period of significant growth and investment. Main Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with leadership teams to track progress on company initiatives and ensure alignment with the CEO's objectives.
  • Communication: Draft high-level presentations, reports, speeches, and correspondence; act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor KPIs, produce performance dashboards, and deliver insights on operational and financial trends.
  • Meeting Preparation: Develop agendas, talking points, and briefing materials for board meetings, investor calls, and internal reviews.
  • Confidentiality & Judgment: Handle sensitive information with discretion and exercise sound decision-making at all times.

  • Candidate Profile

    Essential Skills & Experience

    • 2+ years in executive support, project management, strategy, or operations—ideally within manufacturing, industrial environments, or management consulting.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, Finance, or related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
    • Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism and discretion.

    Desirable Skills

    • Master's degree or MBA.
    • Experience in the steel or heavy manufacturing industry.
    • Exposure to C-suite decision-making and board-level communication.
    • Balance of tactical execution with strategic thinking.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems.
