Join Our Team as a Corporate Recruiter – Orlando, FL (On-site)

Nutritious Lifestyles, a leader in providing exceptional nutrition and dietary services nationwide, is seeking a driven and adaptable Corporate Recruiter to join our Orlando office. In this role, you'll help us grow our talented workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring professionals who share our commitment to improving lives through nutrition.

This is a full-time onsite position, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a starting salary of $60,000 plus benefits.

If you have at least one year of recruiting experience—preferably in healthcare—and a passion for connecting great people with meaningful careers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Develop and post targeted job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews with efficiency and professionalism.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in recruiting events, advertising campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
