Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canton, MA for a Construction Estimator/Project Management Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include preparing accurate estimates for project costs, coordinating with project managers to ensure project plans are executed efficiently, and managing project schedules and budgets. Additional tasks will involve liaising with general contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure all project components meet quality standards and are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, project management, and budgeting
• Experience in coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Canton, MA
• Proficiency in construction software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
