Divcon is seeking a Director of Product Development, you'll own our product vision and roadmap from initial concept through to successful commercialization. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape products that define the industry standard for UI/UX, cross-platform interoperability (DDC & PLC), and data center performance analytics.
We're looking for a leader who can inspire teams, challenge the status quo, and dive deep into technical details, and equally comfortable crafting strategy in the boardroom and solving engineering challenges alongside developers.
Responsibilities:
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and Divcon's strategic goals into a clear, actionable product plan.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget releases that delight customers.
- Ensure our solutions work seamlessly across DDC and PLC environments to meet diverse market needs.
- Deliver intuitive, insight-driven experiences that make complex systems easy to operate and understand.
- Oversee go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and adoption in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Encourage experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous improvement across the product team.
- Mentor team members and build a training/apprenticeship program that sets the bar for the industry.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in product management or development, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success delivering complex, high-impact technology products.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems, data center operations, or industrial automation.
- Familiarity with both DDC and PLC environments (preferred).
- Ability to bridge technical complexity with business strategy.
- Decisive, adaptable, and action-oriented — able to move fast without losing focus on quality.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, engineers, and customers alike.
