Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst/Coordinator to join our operations team and manage the complex logistics of our educational program implementations. This role serves as the central coordinator across procurement, production, warehousing, and delivery functions, ensuring efficient material flow and inventory management for our seasonal installation operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of supply chain experience and thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Supply Chain Analysis

  • Analyze inventory levels, consumption patterns, and lead times to optimize stock levels
  • Develop and maintain safety stock recommendations across all product categories
  • Monitor inventory turns and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
  • Prepare purchasing forecasts and recommendations based on sales projections and historical data

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate activities across procurement, production, warehousing, and printing operations
  • Serve as liaison between operations team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Support decision-making processes with data analysis and recommendations
  • Facilitate planning meetings and long-lead item purchasing decisions in Q1

ERP Systems Management & Ownership

  • Own and manage current ERP system (Altheasuite) including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Lead transition to new ERP platform (Odoo) including system setup, module configuration, and workflow design
  • Configure custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making
  • Design and implement ERP processes, train team members, and ensure data integrity across all modules
  • Serve as internal ERP expert and primary point of contact for system issues and enhancements

Strategic Support

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bill of materials across all product lines
  • Support annual planning cycles with detailed analysis and recommendations
  • Identify process improvements and implement efficiency initiatives
  • Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to optimize operations

Project Coordination

  • Support seasonal installation operations with materials planning and logistics coordination
  • Track project timelines and ensure material availability for installation schedules
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of supply chain, inventory management, or operations experience
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in a growing company
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supply chain or operations experience in manufacturing, distribution, or project-based industries
  • Experience with seasonal demand planning and inventory management
  • Project coordination or management experience
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management
  • Experience in educational or service industries
