Title: Event Project/Program Manager II – AI Product Marketing (Onsite, Seattle)

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite – SEA44 Frontier)

Employment Type: Contract (5 months, potential extension/conversion)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Project/Program Manager II to join our AI Product Marketing group. In this role, you will coordinate and lead multiple high-priority programs and large-scale events, working with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced tech environment while contributing to innovative AI/ML initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs/events from start to finish.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with internal teams, including technical staff, to align deliverables with strategic goals.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for assigned initiatives.
• Influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of program and event management experience (tech industry preferred).
• Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale events and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus: Experience with AWS services, especially in the AI/ML space.
