Business Title:Associate - Clinicals Product Delivery

Role Summary:Join athenahealth as a Clinicals Product Delivery Associate, where you will contribute to advancing healthcare technology solutions that enhance clinical workflows and customer satisfaction. This hybrid role is based in Belfast, ME, offering a blend of remote and on-site collaboration.

Team Summary:The Clinicals Product Delivery team drives alignment and operational efficiencies across the organization to deliver exceptional value to our customers. By collaborating internally with cross-functional partners, the team ensures that clinical solutions meet evolving customer needs, improve usability, and support better patient care outcomes. This role supports the team's mission to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Support customer issues and requests submitted to our queues

  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communications to support team and organizational initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals

  • Communicate effectively to provide clear updates and documentation

  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve challenges impacting delivery of Clinicals functionality

  • Work independently to manage assigned tasks while contributing collaboratively to team objectives

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform support process scalability

  • Support training and onboarding efforts for new team members by contributing to collateral and resource maintenance

  • Engage in additional projects/initiatives as needed

Education&Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare preferred

  • Effective project management skills and ability to prioritize and support competing priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Creative problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail

  • Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
