The Cleaning Attendant is a critical position that demonstrates a passion for maintaining the gym facilities, amenities, and equipment in a like-new condition always. The care into delivering clean and crisp throughout the gym is essential in ensuring a welcoming, safe, and healthy operation. That care creates a warm, kind, and hospitable environment for team members and members alike.Reports to:General ManagerResponsibilities:Greets all members & guests with a smileKnows club facility, services and schedulesPerforms cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook and checklistsOperates with a sense of urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed in a timely mannerMaintains a professional and courteous dispositionMaintains a clean and organized work areaCompetencies:Strives to execute at a level to exceed performance expectationsPassionate about maintaining cleanliness to hospital-like standardsProficient reading and writing skillsStrong customer service orientationDemonstrates knowledge of the Crunch brand and offeringsMaintains friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guestsPhysical Demands:This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
