Our client is seeking an Ecommerce Wholesale Manager who will be pivotal in supporting the e-commerce sales team by managing wholesale accounts, primarily focusing on Amazon. This position requires a results-driven professional with strong business acumen, capable of fostering relationships with wholesale buyers, merchants, and internal teams. Success in this role demands exceptional organizational skills, analytical expertise, and adaptability to the dynamic e-commerce landscape. This role requires 2 days per week in-office in Connecticut and WFH 3 days. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Wholesale Account Management: Lead and support initiatives to drive e-commerce wholesale growth, focusing strategically on Amazon.
- Vendor Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, communicating business trends and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Catalog Management: Oversee new item setups, ensure product compliance, and manage case logs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track rankings, analyze market share data, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance consumer experience.
- Content Optimization: Manage and maintain product content, including images, copy, brand store pages, A+ content, consumer questions, and reviews.
- Advertising and Promotions: Execute and optimize advertising strategies, promotions, and other marketing opportunities to drive growth.
- Performance Reporting: Conduct POS reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, setting growth goals for top-line sales.
- Advanced Excel Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling, to analyze and present data effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with D2C, B2B, and in-store sales managers to align sales goals and strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies, proposing solutions to streamline operations.
- Internal Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Development, and Design, to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, particularly on Amazon.
- Experience managing Amazon marketing agencies.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional, including 3+ years in Amazon e-commerce account management, preferably with a fashion or beauty brand.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including experience with pivot tables, macros, and complex data analysis; familiarity with additional data analysis tools is a plus.
- Analytical and Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements in conversion, profitability, and optimization.
