Daily Responsibilities: Hiring and managing clinical and non-clinical staff Oversight of patient and provider scheduling Managing practice finances, including daily close and payroll tasks Ensuring compliance with tax obligations and regulatory requirements Maintaining practice records and providing regular reports on business performance Required Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills with integrity and respect for others Experience in HR matters, communication, and conflict resolution Proficiency in Microsoft products, Quickbooks, and medical practice management software Prior experience in managing a medical practice or office Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks effectively Company Information: Gainesville Skin Cancer Center is a picturesque medical facility in Gainesville, Florida, known for its tranquil atmosphere and environmentally sensitive landscape design.
