ABOUT THE ROLE

The Retail Sales Manager will oversee all sales personnel and their performance at a location. This includes leading the sales process, developing team members, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, a good listener, and a creative problem solver. They should work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating enthusiasm and integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in hiring, training, and developing a team of sales consultants.
• Support the sales location's office and operations staff to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the implementation and adherence to the Palm Harbor sales system and principles.
• Demonstrate confidence, hard work, and a strong work ethic.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, problem resolution, and motivation abilities.
• Be self-starting with clear priorities and direction.
• Follow structured and systematic approaches.
• Industry experience is preferred.
• Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Two years of sales experience with the company and/or industry.
• College degree preferred.
• No prior corrective counseling events.
