Exciting Opportunity: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / BILLING SPECIALIST (Women's Clothing)
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist to oversee client payments, billing, B2B order management, and import/export shipping logistics in our fast-paced wholesale fashion environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial operations and seamless delivery of our Italian-made collections to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable – process payments, call clients for credit card information, follow up on open balances, and ensure timely collections
- Handle all billing tasks, including invoice preparation, payment posting, and record-keeping
- Oversee import/export shipping logistics, coordinating with freight forwarders, UPS, and international carriers to ensure accurate, timely deliveries to clients
- Organize, track, and maintain B2B purchase orders and client accounts
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Communicate professionally with clients, resolve payment or shipping issues promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support CEO, account managers, and operations team in daily financial and administrative tasks
- Upsell additional products where appropriate and earn commission on originating sales
- Problem-solve under high-pressure situations, creating strategies to overcome payment or shipping challenges quickly
Requirements
- Must be based in Los Angeles – in-person only (no remote work)
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections (preferably in fashion or wholesale)
- Familiarity with international shipping processes, customs, and import/export documentation
- Exceptional time management, multitasking skills, and attention to detail
- Comfortable and confident calling clients to secure payment information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain precise records
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move boxes as needed to support warehouse operations
