Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician at Poweron Technology Services in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing computer repairs.

Qualifications

• Desktop Computers and Technical Support skills
• Printer Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Computer Repair knowledge
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
