Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail GM experience is required
- Must have high-volume experience over $4 million annually
- Ability to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities As the General Manager in Granbury, TX, you will be responsible for strategic direction, operations standards, and driving results. A key element of your role is teaching, modeling, and upholding our culture standards for all crew members, customers, and partners. You will be required to:
- Ensure the overall financial success of the restaurant
