Responsible for supporting and managing day to day facility operations, including but not limited to, front of house operations, back of house operations, sales support, facilities maintenance support, and staffing. Supports recruiting efforts and steps in to interview and train in all departments as needed. Assists General Manager with daily oversight of expense budget. Assists General Manager with all company initiatives and adherence to programs including all F&B related business, menu adherence, F&B inventory cost and labor controls. Assists General Manager with all show related forecasting and cost controls. Develops and helps execute programming to drive top line revenue across all areas of the venue. Works in coordination with the General Manager and venue Human Resources to monitor incident reports, incident investigations and pending cases, including interviewing staff.
