Support acquisition leads with initial phases of financial analysis, including but not limited to: demographic evaluation, profitability modeling, and risk assessment. Create demographic summaries and initial financial cases to support investment recommendations. Build and maintain a network of third-party brokers and market contacts to generate and cultivate acquisition opportunities. Collaborate with internal geospatial resources to identify target markets and asset opportunities. No advanced GIS experience is required, but an interest in data-driven decision-making is key. Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline, ensuring up-to-date tracking of potential deals and facilitating smooth handoffs to senior dealmakers. Assist in the execution of outbound marketing strategies aimed at potential acquisition targets and market partners.
