Business strategy: Leads or partners on product innovation, capability, service, system enhancements, process decisions or business problems that impact multiple clients, functions or new business Develop, grow and maintain solid relationships across business units, IT, compliance, provider networks, legal, Operations, Finance and Reporting Maintain Operational support and Vendor management of current CRM system Salesforce that supports client issue management Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring project completion within documented scope, budget and timeframe Lead cross-functional development of lessons learned with participation from Specialty Benefit Operations and other cross functional areas of the business.
