#x 9; Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties using Quick. Books. Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Process rent payments, late fees, and security deposits. Prepare and send monthly owner statements and financial reports. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Track and manage vendor invoices and payments. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Support the property management team with ad-hoc accounting needs. Qualifications: 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in property management or real estate. Proficiency in Quick. Books (Desktop or Online). Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
