The primary responsibility of this position is to perform analytical testing using established methodologies to support finished goods, in-process items, and equipment swabbing. This ensures that all products meet food safety and quality specifications. The role involves utilizing approved laboratory techniques and performing complex calculations to guarantee timely and accurate results. Job Duties Include: Conducting Pre-Operational/ Post-CIP Inspections. Executing perfect package checks on applicable production lines, reporting any issues to QA management. Verifying food safety preventive controls are in place and functioning correctly. Supporting and educating team members on food safety duties and Good Manufacturing Practices (GM - Ps). Undertaking microbiological swabs as required. Placing non-conforming products on hold and troubleshooting them by collaborating with leadership to determine root cause and product range.
