We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager with a dynamic and proactive attitude to join our team! The role involves overseeing all operational and financial aspects of an apartment community and ensuring company goals are met. Success in this position is achieved through effective personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, asset management, information reporting, and adherence to all applicable laws and company policies. Essential Job Duties: Managing the Property Team: Hire and terminate employees under the direction of the Regional Manager and Human Resource Department in accordance with Morgan Properties policies. Manage employee issues and discipline, where necessary, with the guidance of Human Resources. Conduct written evaluations of employees and make recommendations for salary increases.
