Under the direct supervision of the Security Supervisor, the incumbent mans command center or podium as assigned to dispatch security personnel, receive incoming calls and maintain required log books. Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company. Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas of the complex. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures. Prepares detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner. Operates and monitors the fire alarm and security CCTV systems. Maintains accurate security incident logs. Operates and monitors all holdup alarm systems. Implements notification process in emergency situations i.e....Operator, Command Center, Manufacturing, Security, Skills
