Warehouse Forklift Driver
The Warehouse Forklift Driver safely maintains an orderly and efficient cold storage warehouse.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating a forklift to move totes from production line to the warehouse
- Ability to load, unload, high stack and stage totes of frozen
- Entering data and product locations accurately using a hand scanner
- Reading daily order sheets and finding appropriate product in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading trailers on the dock
- Performing a pre-operation maintenance check on the forklift and reporting any operating issues
- Charging forklift batteries
- Performing other duties as assigned
Typical education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Relevant experience: 1+ years related experience and/or training
Other information:
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to safely operate a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and high stacking totes of product
- Prior experience in a cold storage warehouse environment
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks, be flexible and work well under pressure
- Ability to work in refrigerated and frozen environments
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment
Location: Pasco, WA
Wage range or rate of pay: $22.23/HR
