Job Overview:

Swan of Loveland is now hiring a Level 1 HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, basic diagnostics, and light repairs on residential HVAC systems. You'll work directly with homeowners, identify system issues, and recommend repair or replacement options—while delivering a top-tier service experience.

This role is a stepping stone to Level 2 Service Tech, with clear advancement opportunities in residential HVAC service and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC system tune-ups and maintenance
• Diagnose minor issues and perform light repairs
• Communicate system status and next steps to homeowners
• Recommend repair or replacement solutions when needed
• Follow all safety protocols and document work completed

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in residential HVAC service and/or sales
• EPA Certification (Type I or II minimum)
• Must have own HVAC tools and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors
