Our client, a leading organization in the auto industry, is seeking an Legal Admin to join their team. As an Legal Admin, you will be part of the administrative department supporting various legal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Admin - Legal

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $28/hr

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records for legal documentation.
  • Assist in opening and closing lawsuits, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to gather and organize information for ongoing cases.
  • Provide administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.

What's Needed?

  • 1-4 years of experience working in an administrative or office environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
