We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join Jonesboro Realty Company, a leading real estate firm. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their leasing needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high occupancy rates for our properties. Responsibilities:
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Conduct virtual property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals.
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to set competitive rental rates.
- Assist in marketing and advertising initiatives to attract potential tenants.
- Collaborate with property management team to address tenant concerns and maintenance requests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
