As we expand our footprint, were hiring an OSP Field Operations Supervisor to help lead field operations and ensure the successful execution of our strategic telecom projects.

What You'll Do

As an OSP Field Operations Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day field activities for aerial and underground telecommunications projects. Youll lead construction crews, manage project timelines, ensure quality control, and serve as the on-site liaison between clients, municipalities, and Patriots internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, local officials, and business partners
• Conduct job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings
• Manage and track project timelines, resources, and deliverables from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, schedule work assignments, and monitor daily progress
• Obtain, submit, and manage project permits
• Ensure all work meets client specifications and safety standards (OSHA)
• Troubleshoot and resolve field-related issues to maintain project momentum
• Document work performed and maintain accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performing broadband construction or OSP (outside plant) field operations
• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card

Qualifications:

• Supervisory or team lead experience in telecom or construction environments

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of aerial and underground telecom construction practices (HFC, FTTX, OTDRs)
• Ability to read and interpret network maps and fiber matrix sheets
• Familiarity with permitting processes and municipal coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, P2, and SharePoint
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Committed to workplace safety and enforcing compliance across teams

Work Environment

This role involves both office and fieldwork, including exposure to all weather conditions and varying environments. Travel and flexibility are key, as youll be supporting projects across different regions.
