Review daily activity reports to detect unusual activity, identify trends, and correct hazardous discrepancies Promote a safe working environment including OSHA mandated standards. Ensure compliance and training mandates in accordance to state law and corporate policies Manage the propertys emergency preparedness programs while educating colleagues on procedures, implementing evacuation drills, regular checks of life/safety equipment, and continuous updates of plans and manuals Maintain all administrative facets of the security technology systems including video management, electronic access control, key control, and reporting platforms Serve as a liaison between the hotel and various law enforcement agencies Oversee criminal and civil investigations and lead initiatives to pursue restitution when applicable. Supervise and review internal investigations. Train department colleagues on investigative techniques and incident reporting practices.
