A Nurse Consultant consults with facilities on the monitoring, recording and reporting of symptoms or changes in patients conditions. Supports facilities management by advising and assisting with policies and procedures and assessment support in accordance with all nursing standards of practice, state and federal regulations and guidelines as they relate to pharmaceutical services. Roles and Responsibilities - Consults with facilities on how to administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. - Evaluates the delivery of services to facilities. - Assists management staff in the development of solutions to identified problem areas, which result in immediate and satisfactory response to concerns. - Provides assistance with and consults with facilities and nursing staff on patients' records, medical information, and vital signs as they pertain to pharmaceuticals. - Acts as a facilitator to the Executive Director and Director of Health Services. - Fa...Nurse, Consultant, Monitoring, Facilities, Healthcare, Patient
