Registered Nurse Outpatient Lead
: Job Details :

Provides direct patient care, documentation, administration of medications, minor laboratory testing, and communicates with patients, health care providers, pharmacies and vendors within the scope of practice intended by the Licensed Registered Nurse regulations of the New York State Nurse Practice Act. In addition serves as lead RN in assisting the Practice Manager with additional clinical administration duties including staff training and mentoring. Collaborates with residents, physicians, and social workers in clinical decision-making and follows up on patient care needs. Pay Range:Pay Range: $37.12 - $47.37 Hourly. The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the jobs compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
