Honeywell is seeking a strategic and experienced Project Management Director to lead capital project execution across the Americas region. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of real estate and infrastructure projects including office, lab, manufacturing, and warehouse spaces. The director will lead a team of project managers and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with Honeywells business objectives, EHS standards, and sustainability goals. Successful candidates will be equally effective managing contractors, understanding needs of site personnel and influencing Honeywell executive leadership. Lead and manage the execution of real estate capital projects across North, Central, and South America from concept through completion.
