The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for providing direction and support for all EH&S activities, including implementation, monitoring, and review of C&W compliance/performance. Job Description. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Create, manage and lead the deployment of C&Ws EH&S programs across the US, to ensure safety is part of day-to-day operations at each site within the Asset Services - Effectively communicate C&Ws safety culture and operating philosophies - Assist in the identification of possible losses; evaluate the risk in such loss exposure; develop and implement a plan to correct or prevent a loss; and audit the plan to ensure its effectiveness - Maintain and update as needed SOPs for all safe work practices and equipment and utilize them in the day to day training - Ensure inspections by regulatory agencies are coordinated and deficiencies minimized and corrected.
