Provides the full range of attendance intervention services to schools and centers; performs specialized attendance interventions in an educational setting; and systematically collects, analyzes, synthesizes, and interprets information needed to devise appropriate service plans for students with chronic attendance problems. Required. Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology. One (1) year of experience in attendance intervention services or related field. Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience. Possession of an appropriate, valid motor vehicle operator's license with a good driving record. Knowledge of family system theory, practice and procedures. Knowledge of community resources. Diagnostic skills, analytic ability, and adaptability to changing needs. Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
